Firstly, I am mobile, servicing the northern Brisbane areas. I can come to you, but most likely, we choose a location at any of the numerous outdoor training areas or parks that are on offer. It’s highly recommended that you have your own gym membership to continue your own training. As an affordable option, I’d highly recommend Planet Fitness.

I can train you in a gym type scenario on a case-by-case basis.

Your 30 minute personal training block commences AFTER we’ve gone through a quick catch-up from the previous session and a basic warm-up. You can expect a 30 Minute PT session to take approx 45-50 minutes overall.
